To be eligible, items must:
* Be unused and unworn
* Be unwashed
* Have original tags attached
* Be in the same condition as received

Proof of Condition
Before approving a return or exchange, we require clear photos of the item showing its tags and condition. This ensures the item is eligible and protects both you and our brand.
Exchange Process
1. Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
2. Once approved, we will arrange delivery of the replacement item.
3. The courier will collect the item you wish to exchange during delivery.
4. Shipping fees will apply for the exchange, except when the exchange is due to a wrong or damaged item sent by us.
Return Process
1. Submit a return request within 14 days of receiving your order.
2. After confirmation, we will arrange pickup from your location.
3. The item will be inspected upon arrival at our warehouse.
4. If approved, your refund will be processed.
